IDOE has partnered with Indiana University (IU) to develop and implement a model for providing well-rounded educational opportunities through increased course access for all students, “including female students, minority students, English learners, children with disabilities, and low-income students who are often underrepresented in critical and enriching subjects” as determined by the grant. Well-rounded courses may include specialized courses, courses that are more rigorous than the regular curricula, career and technical education, or elective courses.
