Join us at ECESC on April 9, 2024, for a textbook caravan that will include multiple subjects. ECESC is working with publishing companies to include the subject areas our schools have expressed an interest/need, but participation will depend on the textbook companies.

We will have a vendor hall where the textbook companies will be able to set up booths and be available to share information with your team, and vendors will have individual sessions to share information about their products to small groups.

We will also have an ESCI partnership area for our schools to interact with partners, a textbook review room for the K-5 Literacy HQCM approved by IDOE, and space for schools to meet as teams to share and discuss curricular needs.

We are asking schools to pre-register with the number of educators they plan to have attend and the subjects they would like to have available. This will allow us to plan with the vendors. Our planned schedule is 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m., but that will be confirmed closer to the event. A final registration form requesting names of those attending and a schedule selection will be sent closer to the event.

As vendors secure their registration for the vendor hall and sessions, we will update the Caravan Details & Schedule - April 9, 2024, with vendor information for schools' reference.
